Shortly after attending a SCAN course a member of Citibank used the SCAN questionnaire to identify the originator of a 1/2 million pound fund transfer. " I used the questionnaire to out sort the innocent. It worked! The suspect of the in house conspiracy was later proved to be guilty. Luckily we acted quickly and got the money back.
